Check Out These Special Expo Events!

We’ve lined up a variety of special events running thoroughout the Expo so you can kick off 2012 with a ‘competitive edge’ or just have a bit of fun! Join us for some great and challenging extracurricular activities…

There’s lots to do all weekend long: team time trials, mini bike fits, and loads of other activities. You can also…

  • Join any of the 20 hour-long Tech Sessions on a variety of topics
  • Attend service at the Runner/Multisport Chapel, led by FCA, at 8:30am on Sunday prior to the Great Lakes Expo Run
  • Test and analyze your VO2 Max with YMCA at Pabst Farm, to help you establish heart rate zones and training progressions — invaluable in training for any sport!
  • Get your Running Gait analyzed by professionals

Please note that some of the above activities require advance sign-up. Please contact Mike O’Connor [mike.oconnor@raccfund.org], our Seminar and Workshop Coordinator, if you wish to ensure your spot.
